Master Tile/Houston SuperBUILD Project

Master Tile, a national tile distributor with primary distribution out of Texas, donated in excess of 14,000 square feet of tile for the Houston SuperBUILD project. This donation covered the entire 34 homes built through the project as well as one or two additional homes built separately by the affiliate. Central Division President Roger Hawkins, Marketing Manager Jim Bauer, and Sales Manager Joe Scroggins traveled to the build site and visited with two new homeowners, Wonzella Lawrence and Gisila Morales, in the Greensbrook neighborhood. After working with Houston contractors donating their time, both homeowners worked with volunteers to set the tile in their new homes.

“The Houston community has supported Master Tile for over 50 years, and we are excited to help Habitat with such a worthy project,” said Bauer. “We appreciate the opportunity to give something back to our community through Tile Partners for Humanity.”
