I think this partnership will help us educate our affiliates across the country to the importance of building a house that is usable by the families and which, by its very nature, will be easy to clean and the families will be able to keep clean at a very minimal expense.
-- Millard Fuller, Founder and President, Habitat for Humanity International

"Our homeowners are excited about having tile in their homes. Not only is it a beautiful floor covering, it is durable over the years and makes their home investment more valuable." --Ray Maynard, Construction Director, Atlanta Habitat

"Tile Partners for Humanity has made a truly generous donation to our organization. Our homeowners can enjoy tile in their kitchens, utility rooms and bathrooms, and what's more, they helped install it, so they learned a new skill in the process." --Larrie Del Martin, President & Executive Director, Atlanta Habitat for Humanity

Elite Building Products:
Pittsburgh Project: Atlanta Habitat for Humanity

Elite Building Products donated setting materials, including Multipurpose thinset and sanded grout, to tile six homes in Atlanta’s Pittsburgh neighborhood. Elite President Bill Olsen and Sales Representative John Gallman donated several days to teach new homeowners, Habitat staff members and community volunteers to tile and grout. Olsen and Gallman also worked with Habitat house leaders who expressed interest in learning to tile so that they could teach homeowners and volunteers in future Habitat homes. Don Williams of Elite also donated time to work on one home.

Bill Olsen and Ally Fertitta of TPFH attended a community volunteer celebration at the Georgia Governor’s Mansion that was hosted by the Atlanta Habitat affiliate. There, they visited with other volunteers as well as Gov. Sonny Perdue and Consumer Advocate Clark Howard.
