TPFH was grateful to participate
in Coverings 2004 on several levels, including
as an exhibitor. Coverings and TPFH featured a
presentation by Larry Prible, a member of the International
Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity, who
spoke about the tile industry partnership with
Habitat for Humanity.
Additionally, TPFH worked with Coverings, Freeman
Decorating Company, and Habitat for Humanity of
Orlando to gather donations of all excess tile
and tile materials donated by individual exhibitors
to TPFH. Freeman gathered all designated materials
and transported them to the Habitat office in Orlando.
Coverings exhibitors donated a total of 150 palettes
and 16 crates of materials, filling a total of
seven full trailers.
On the show floor, TPFH visited with numerous
partners and potential partners. TPFH also shared
photos of recent projects with show attendees.
