FOUNDING DONOR
Annual commitment of $25,000 financial support and $75,000 in product donations.
Also includes $50,000 financial donation at beginning of commitment. Minimum five-year commitment. Includes seat on TPFH board of directors.

LIFE DONOR
Annual commitment of $15,000 financial support and $60,000 in product donations. Minimum five-year commitment.

PLATINUM DONOR
Annual commitment of $10,000 financial support and $40,000 in product donations. Minimum two-year commitment.

GOLD DONOR
Annual commitment of $5,000 financial support and $20,000 in product donations. Minimum two-year commitment.

SILVER DONOR
Annual commitment of $5,000 for two years in a combination of financial support and materials.

BRONZE DONOR
A commitment of $1,000 for one year in a combination of financial support and materials.

GOLD LABOR DONOR
A commitment of labor to provide installation services at a minimum of ten builds per year.

SILVER LABOR DONOR
A commitment of labor to provide installation services at a minimum of five builds per year.

LABOR DONOR
A commitment of labor to provide installation services at a minimum of one build per year.

MEMBER DONOR
Donate labor or volunteer in any other capacity with TPFH.

OTHER FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION:

 

DESCRIBE DONATION, INCLUDING QUANTITY, EXACT SIZES AND COLORS OF TILE OR TILE PRODUCTS, ETC.
